Pu'er Mojiang Mining

      Mojiang County Mining Co., Ltd. is located in the village of Luneng Village, Lianzhu Town, Mojiang Hani Autonomous County, Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. Its predecessor, the Mojiang Gold Mine, was one of the seven gold mines of the Qing Dynasty, more than 300 years ago. It is also called Kunyong Gold Mine. Qingdaoguang, Xianfeng and Tongzhi were extremely prolific in mining. The annual output of gold was more than 2,000 yuan, and the highest was over 10,000. By the end of 1948, the mining was stopped until 1976, when the Mojiang Gold Mine of Yunnan Province was established (local state-owned enterprise). Mojiang County Mining Co., Ltd.


       In November 2010, China Precious Metal Resources Holdings Co., Ltd. (now renamed Bay Area Gold Capital Group Co., Ltd., stock code: HK01194) completed the acquisition of the equity of Mojiang Gold Mine, and Mojiang Gold Mine became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the group company.


       The company has one mining right, the mining rights area is 7.1965 square kilometers, the exploration rights are 9 and the total mining rights area is 271.97 square kilometers. Since the acquisition, the company has continuously increased investment in geological exploration, and carried out geological work such as geological exploration and drilling. The work has been carried out well. The verification and verification of the reserves verification report has been completed, and the current mine resource reserves have increased significantly. At present, the company maintains a gold resource of 11.3 tons and a prospective reserve of 35 tons. The development prospect of the mine is huge.
